These work guides were designed to support stakeholders in analyzing the needs of their community in order to prepare an appropriate action plan. The guides provide insight into the different stages of a needs analysis, assistance for developing the tools necessary for conducting such an analysis, and tools and paths for reflection to better plan the implementation of a project.
