Faced with these sizeable challenges, the FNQLHSSC has worked to provide efficient customer service while implementing the necessary measures to ensure the organization’s cybersecurity, particularly effective protection against viruses and ransomware, cyberrisk insurance, a cyberattack response plan, as well as adequate training for its staff on best practices.

To achieve its objective of providing a safe digital environment to its employees and clientele, the FNQLHSSC is offering two new services.

Information technology outsourcing

Information technology outsourcing is a high-level technological service where you entrust the operation of your computer servers to the FNQLHSSC. Using industry best practices, we take care of everything related to cybersecurity, from maintenance and updates to increased antivirus monitoring. Your security is our security.

We will also offer coaching and mentoring to local technicians so that they have greater freedom of action and data retention, all in accordance with the First Nations self-governance approach.

Cloud backup

This consists of a backup service for servers within a private cloud infrastructure. Access your data quickly and easily, with complete peace of mind! Communities wishing to do so will be able to join this service as of the spring of 2023.
