Mobilization Kit Workshop

This workshop is intended as a complement to the “Community Mobilization Toolkit” available in the documentation center (add link). The toolkit draws on initiatives developed by communities over the past few years. The workshop is designed to equip community members involved in the mobilization, planning and evaluation of projects. The workshop has both a theoretical and a practical component.

The aim of this training is to impart to project coordinators the techniques and skills needed to carry out projects under their responsibility.
3 workshops are available:

1. Raising Awareness and Mobilizing: Techniques and steps for mobilizing and raising awareness around a project.
2. Planning: All the steps involved in developing a project (project document, budget, deadlines).
3. Take action and evaluate: Project implementation and follow-up.

Workshops can be offered separately or in their entirety.
