Rights of Individuals in Their Relations with Quebec’s Public Services: a presentation by the Québec Ombudsman

The FNQLHSSC invites you to attend the fourth webinar in the series on the rights of users to access quality services and available remedies. In this webinar, you will learn about:

• The role of the Québec Ombudsman and its work with First Nations and Inuit;
• Remedies in the event of violation of rights, abuse or neglect on the part of a Quebec public body;
• Complaints against an institution of the health and social services network, the correctional services of Quebec, or a department or agency of the Government of Quebec.
