Safe response : preventing and responding to potential crisis situations

The first part of this training includes the certification for the Non violent crisis intervention® (Crisis Prevention Institute) that aims at recognizing stages of an escalating crisis and learn evidence-based techniques to appropriately de-escalate.

The second part aims at doing an assessment of the environment and prevent at-risk situations.
