Training – Communicating better to work together through non-violent communication
Good communication skills enable us to establish a better relationship of trust with our customers. In the first part of the training course, we look at important qualities in interpersonal communication, such as connection in exchange, empathy and listening. The second part focuses on non-violent communication, the usefulness of this method, its components and how it can help defuse conflicts.
