Conference ” For the Wellness of Elders ” The theme of this year’s Conference ” For the Wellness of Elders’’ is a coherent continuum of care and services involving the community, the home and institutions”. It is intended to be a major event for all those who, directly or indirectly, care about the quality of life of our elders. This event is based on the needs expressed by managers, professionals and stakeholders in the health and social services network, as well as by their many partners.
