Two objectives were targeted during the pre-annual general assembly: to initiate a reflection on the creation of a culture of collaboration and to present the state of the co-development work related to the governance model, more particularly the regional health and wellness body. In the morning, a conference with HEC Montréal was presented to participants to raise awareness of the needs, principles and challenges of collaboration as well as to identify the essential conditions for successful collaboration. In the afternoon, a presentation on the service offer of the regional health and wellness body was provided and workshops were held in subgroups to improve the work.
