The agenda for the meeting was structured to inform participants about the context, design and current status of the governance project and to hear the perspectives of First Nation presenters who are working for Health Canada or are involved in the recent transfer of First Nations and Inuit Health Branch (FNIHB) programs and services to the First Nations Health Authority within British Columbia. Following this the participants used a worksheet and small group discussions to provide input on the values, definitions and project plans being developed pursuant to the February 2014 motion of the Chiefs of Quebec and Labrador.
