This kit contains informative documents about the governance process in view of the forthcoming adoption of a health and wellness effective governance model. To achieve this, the engagement and
mobilization of all stakeholders is of utmost importance, both locally and regionally, as well as politically, administratively and collectively.
The kit aims to remind them of the context in which the governance process has been evolving since its start in 2013, as well as the objective of the model: enable us to fully exercise our right to self-determination and autonomy by reclaiming decision-making responsibilities and the power to act to take charge of the services intended for us. The impacts of the model and the main changes it will generate are also described, based on concrete examples.
